Our organisation is structured in a way that ensures influence and transparency for our member organisations.
- The general assembly elects a board of directors from among representatives nominated by our member organisations.
- The board consists of representatives from each of our 14 member organisations. The board concludes our remuneration models, copying agreements and administration practice.
- The administration is led by a managing director / CEO who is employed by the board.
Our statutes provide the framework for our management of text and sheet music rights.
Our organisational structure reflects both influence and transparency.
Our board
Our board consists of Danish publishers’ organisations, authors’ organisations, journalists’ unions, illustrators and music organisations; a total of nine authors’ and practitioners’ organisations and five publishing houses’ and publishers’ organisations.
Chair of the board
Cliff Hansen, elected for the board on behalf of the Danish Publishers (Danske Forlag) and publishing director of L&R Uddannelse.
Deputy Chair
Morten Rosenmeier, chairman of Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (Akademikerne) and professor in copyright at the University of Copenhagen.
